Nitram Lodge No. 188 welcomes Brothers while they are visiting Florida. Our meetings are on Thursday evenings at 7:30 pm. Degrees are given on the first and third Thursday of each month. The Lodge is dark for the months of July and August.

For those men who are interested in joining the world's largest fraternity, share in fellowship, work on projects that help the community, and enjoy various sports and fellowship activities together, then come for a visit. Membership is open to men of all walks of life, occupations, and interests. Come by the lodge on Wednesday, (our practice night), from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm and meet some of the Brothers to learn more about the Fraternity.

Freemasonry's initiation is composed of three degrees. The first is Entered Apprentice, where you learn what Freemasonry is all about. Why we do things the way we do, and why we date the fraternity back to Egyptian times. The second part is Fellow Craft; where you learn the Art and Science of Freemasonry. In the third degree, you will learn more of the aspects of Freemasonry and are raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason. Upon becoming a Master Mason you are eligible to join other well known Masonic organizations such as the Shriners, York Rite, Scottish Rite, and The Grotto. These other Masonic organizations have fun activities and contribute to charitable causes across the globe.

Your first step is meeting some Masons and deciding if this organization of Freemasonry is something you would be proud to join.

Become a respected member of the Masonic Fraternity, have fun, and make new friends. Your life will have new meaning, and the community will recognize you as a just and upright Mason!
